“Balmoral Village (Peachtree City, GA) is an outstanding place to live: comfortable; safe; very well maintained (thank you, Richard, who fixed a plumbing issue in middle of night♥️) pretty, central location; delightful neighbors of all ages and very responsive management(Aubrey & Chasity, especially!) Great amenities and activities. Highly recommend!”

“We recently took a tour of Balmoral Village lead by leasing consultant April. This looks like a great place to live. This was the first of about seven properties we looked at and it is one of the best with picture perfect scenery nestled in the woods. April was the best consultant at any of the properties. She was knowledgeable and friendly. We liked it so much that we returned for a second tour of the property days later and we met Aubrey who was also awesome.”

“I have been here for 5 years and I can say Chasity was here when I first arrived! She is so sweet and helpful and anytime I have any issues at my apartment or anything, she is always right there! Me and my kiddos really love her! Aubrey and April are super sweet and helpful as well! I can’t leave out the maintenance team and especially Richard, anytime there is a maintenance issue, he comes right over to take care of it! Even when I had my health scare and wasn’t able to lift things, he would come by and help out! This has been my home 🏠 to me and my kiddos and I wouldn’t trade it for nothing in the world!
